The big lawn in front is used by children as an open-air playground. Of course they do a bit of accidental damage here and there, but it’s not damaging to the house itself.
When we asked our interviewees what they thought of Parktown Residence reviews , we got a variety of responses. Some sing its high praises to the heavens, others… well, let’s just say that their comments are rather on a displeasing side ro imagine all sorts of different voices clamoring for your attention at the same moment.
Some residents rave about the friendliness of the staff, which meets you like an old friend every time you walk through that door. Their smiles are wider even than the Mississippi River’s August’s sun all around warms up the life here. One resident mused in jest, “half expect them to hand me a cupcake every time I step in.” Is that why people feel so much at home?
But not everything that shines is gold. Turn the coin over, and there is a scenario of careless service. A dripping tap is still not repaired, it sounds like an itch waiting to be scratched. One former tenant likened watching maintenance to paint drying. Meaning it’s not for those who hate watching the grass grow.
Convenience is what Parktown is all about. Just a skip, jump and jump away from your daily needs; the coffee shops and food stores pop up exactly when you need them. In passing, I heard someone at the elevator say “I can get my coffee so quickly, it’s hot yet when home I arrive and drink it again!” That’s living close by for you.
Now of course there is the seven hundred dollar question–noise. Some say the walls are as thin as rice paper that invites in uninvited guests. While others will wait apprehensively for those nocturnal footsteps, still others say it ’ s no big deal.
And how about those flower beds in the courtyard? They are vibrant, colorful; they could set a record for envy in the sunflowers kingdom. But here’s a paradox – some people feel the weeds get just a little too comfortable. It’s a small thing, like a fly in the soup, but it is the little things, too, isn’t it?
Here is both spirit and reality. Like any place where people live, it ultimately comes down to what rings your bell. Is it the warm welcome, the convenience of everything under one roof, or daily disasters that drone on? It all depends on which side of the bed you wak-eup in.
